Ingredients:

  1. 1/2 ounces - London Dry Gin
  2. 1/2 ounces - Cocchi Vermouth di Torino
  3. 1/3 ounces - Peach Liqueur
  4. 1/3 ounces - St. Germain Liqueur
  5. 1/2 ounces - Lemon Juice
  6. 1 ounces - Apple Juice
  7. 1 1/2 ounces - Tonic Water
  8. 1 slices - Cucumber garnish
  9. 1 sprigs - Borage garnish

Directions:

Fill a highball glass ¾ full with ice. Add ½ ounce London dry gin, ½ ounce Cocchi Vermouth di Torino, 1/3 ounce peach liqueur, 1/3 ounce St. Germain liqueur, ½ ounce lemon juice and 1 ounce apple juice. Stir, top with 1½ ounces tonic water and garnish with cucumber slice and sprig of borage.
