BBQ Pork Chops with Lemon

  1. - pork chops
  2. - salt and pepper to taste
  3. 1/2 cups - ketchup
  4. 2 tablespoons - brown sugar
  5. - dash of Worcestershire sauce
  6. - Dijon mustard optional
  7. 1 slices - fresh lemon for each pork chop


Grill chops on BBQ or in frying pan. Place on baking sheet; salt and pepper to taste.

Mix together ketchup, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce and Dijon mustard if using. Cover chops with this mixture.

Add slice of fresh lemon on top. Bake at 300 to 325 degrees F for 1/2 hour.
