Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons - oil
- 2 pinchs - chili flakes to taste
- 1/2 pounds - ground pork
- 4 cloves - garlic to taste
- 3 tablespoons - fish sauce
- 3 tablespoons - oyster sauce
- 3 tablespoons - low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 - onion, chopped
- 1 containers - mushrooms, chopped
- 3 heads - bok choy, cleaned
- 1 dashes - honey
- 14 leaves - fresh basil (or more!)
Directions:
Heat oil in wok. Add chillies and garlic to stir-fry.
Add pork into wok. Stir-fry to cook. Break it up into crumbs.
Remove Pork.
Cook onions, mushrooms in the wok. Add bok choy after a few minutes.
Add sauces and honey.
Mix well then add pork.
RIght before serving, cut basil into pieces with scissors over the wok.
Serve hot with rice and a sunny-side-up egg!
