Basil Parmesan Chicken Pasta

Ingredients:

  1. 4 - to 6 boneless, skinless chicken breast minimum 2 pounds
  2. 1 tablespoons - Pampered Chef sweet basil rub
  3. 1 cups - half and half
  4. 2 ounces - Parmesan cheese finely grated
  5. 3 tablespoons - cornstarch
  6. 2 tablespoons - flour
  7. 1 cans - 14.5 oz. chicken broth
  8. 2 tablespoons - butter
  9. 8 ounces - cream cheese
  10. 12 ounces - uncooked fettucini keep separate and add when cooking

Directions:

Combine all ingredients except for the chicken breasts and pasta. Combine them together well, then add chicken and place in 1 gallon freezer bag; label and place in freezer.

FOR COOKING:
1. If frozen, cook in crockpot on low heat for 4-6 hours. Add uncooked fettucini to crockpot for last hour of cooking.

2. If thawed, place in Deep Dish Covered Baker (Pampered Chef) and bake for 30-40 minutes at 350 degrees F until chicken is cooked through; add uncooked fettucini to dish during last 15 minutes.

3. If thawed, place in Rockcrok Casserole (Pampered Chef) and microwave on high for 15-25 minutes; add uncooked fettucini to dish during last 12-15 minutes of cooking.
