Basic Rolls

Ingredients:

  1. 1 tablespoons - Warm Water
  2. 1 tablespoons - Yeast
  3. 1 tablespoons - Sugar
  4. 1/2 cups - Butter Melted
  5. 1 cups - Milk Scalded
  6. 1/2 cups - Sugar
  7. 3 - Eggs Well Beated
  8. 3/4 teaspoons - Salt
  9. 3 1/2 cups - Flour Sifted

Directions:

Take Yeast, 1 tbs. sugar & 1 tbs. warm water and let stand.
Beat eggs, add sugar, salt, milk, butter and yeast mixture.
Beat in flour until last cup is added. Do NOT Knead.
Put in refrigerator over night.
Next day, cut in half, Roll out like a pie. Cut into 16 pie shaped wedges.
Brush with butter, roll each wedge up from big side to small.
Let rise 5-6 hours.
Bake 350 for 20 min.
Brush top with butter while still warm
