Barbeque Spare Ribs

Ingredients:

  1. 3 cubes - Ketchup
  2. 3 cups - Orange Juice
  3. 1 cups - Honey
  4. 1/2 cups - Soy Sauce
  5. 6 cloves - Garlic chopped fine
  6. 1 tablespoons - salt
  7. 2 teaspoons - Pepper
  8. 25 pounds - Spare Ribs

Directions:

In a large bowl combine all ingredients except the spare ribs. With a large knife seperate ribs into to 2 bone servings.
Place ribs in large shallow pans and pour marinade over them. Cover the pans with foil and marinate in the refrigerator overnight.

Preheat oven to 300, Place ribs on the grill and cook slowly- away from high heat for 1 and 1/2 hours, baste often during cooking with remaining marinade.
