Banana Split Cake

Ingredients:

  1. 1 1/4 cups - graham cracker crumbs
  2. 1/4 cups - sugar
  3. 1/4 cups - softened margarine
  4. 1 - large can of pineapple
  5. 4 - or 5 bananas
  6. 2 cups - powdered sugar
  7. 2 - eggs
  8. 3/4 cups - butter
  9. 1 - large Cool Whip
  10. - chopped peanuts
  11. - maraschino cherries
  12. - Hershey's chocolate syrup

Directions:

For crust:
Mix crust ingredients together and press into a 9-x-13 inch pan. Bake at 375 for 8 minutes; cool.

For filling:
Drain pineapple and reserve juice. Slice bananas lengthwise and place in pineapple juice; set aside.

Whip powdered sugar, eggs, and butter for 10 minutes.

In crust, layer bananas, pineapple, whipped sugar mixture, Cool Whip, nuts and cherries. Drizzle with Hershey’s chocolate.

Chill overnight or for 6 hours.
