This preparation is easy and eliminates those brown bananas. Pudding wafer mix keeps well in the fridge so can be prepared ahead of time. Also if you have picky eaters you can layer the wafer pudding mixture with whipped cream instead of bananas or just serve as is!

Ingredients:
- 1 cans - Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 1 1/2 cups - cold water
- 1 packages - French Vanilla Instant Pudding -small box
- 1 pints - Heavy Whipping Cream Whip with electric beater til thick consistency
- 1 boxes - Nilla Wafers
- 3 whole - bananas sliced and dipped in ReaLemon juice and drained
Directions:
In large bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk and water. Add pudding mix; beat well. Chill 5 minutes. Beat heavy whipping cream on high speed until thickens. Fold whipped cream into chilled pudding mixture. Spoon about 1 cup pudding mixture into 2-1/2 quart glass serving bowl. Top with about 10-12 wafers and 1/3 of pudding mixture. Repeat layering twice ending with pudding. Chill for at least 2 hours or overnight. Use parfait cups or 1 pint mason jars to assemble for serving. Spoon wafer pudding into bottom of glass. Add layer of sliced bananas. Repeat as many times as needed to fill your serving glass. Garnish with crushed vanilla wafers, whole wafer, or whipped cream, or any combination of these items. Refrigerate leftovers.
