Ingredients:
- 1/4 cups - plain non-fat Greek yogurt
- 1 - medium banana
- 1 cups - unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tablespoons - nut butter of choice
- - scoop of vanilla protein powder
- - cinnamon to taste
- - ice as needed
Directions:
Blend all ingredients on high for 1-2 minutes, until well blended
