Ingredients:

  1. 1/4 cups - plain non-fat Greek yogurt
  2. 1 - medium banana
  3. 1 cups - unsweetened almond milk
  4. 1 tablespoons - nut butter of choice
  5. - scoop of vanilla protein powder
  6. - cinnamon to taste
  7. - ice as needed

Directions:

Blend all ingredients on high for 1-2 minutes, until well blended
