Ingredients:
- 2 sticks - Butter
- 1 1/2 cups - Sugar
- 1/4 teaspoons - Salt
- 1 teaspoons - Vanilla
- 1 teaspoons - Baking Soda
- 4 tablespoons - Sour Cream
- 1 cups - Mashed Bananas
- 2 whole - Eggs
- 1 cups - Nuts chopped
- 1 1/2 cups - Flour
Directions:
Cream together butter and sugar. Add the eggs and mix together. In a separate bowl, mix soda with sour cream until frothy. Add to other mixture and mix well. Stir salt into flour, then add to the mixture, mixing well. Add bananas, nuts, and vanilla, stirring until mixed.
Put in a loaf pan or some other baking pan. Bake at 350° for 65 minutes. Dust with powder sugar.
