Banana Bundt Cake

Ingredients:

  1. 2 sticks - butter
  2. 1 1/4 cups - sugar
  3. 2 - eggs
  4. 1 teaspoons - vanilla
  5. 1 - small vanilla yogurt 8 oz.
  6. 1 teaspoons - baking soda
  7. 1/4 teaspoons - salt
  8. 1 1/2 cups - flour
  9. 4 - bananas mashed
  10. - powdered sugar for topping

Directions:

Cream butter and sguar in mixer bowl. Add eggs and mix well. Add vanilla.
In a separate bowl combine yogurt with baking soda and mix until frothy. Add to the butter and sugar in mixing bowl.
Stir in salt and flour. Add mashed bananas and mix well.
Pour into greased bundt cake pan and bake at 350° F for one hour; turn out onto plate and sprinkle top with powdered sugar.
