Ingredients:
- 1/4 cups - shortening
- 1/4 cups - applesauce
- 3/4 cups - sugar
- 2 - eggs
- 3 - mashed bananas
- 1/2 cups - water
- 1 teaspoons - baking soda
- 1 -
- teaspoons - salt
- 1 cups - whole wheat flour
- 1 cups - white flour
Directions:
1. Beat shortening through eggs together.
2. Add in bananas and water.
3. Add in remaining ingredients.
4. Bake 350: 2 med. pans for 45 min; or 6 small pans for 30 min.
