VARIATION: Chunky Monkey Muffins: add: 1 cup chocolate chips and 1 cup Valencia peanut butter (or almond butter) omit blueberries

Ingredients:
- 3 cups - blanched almond flour
- 1/4 teaspoons - sea salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoons - baking soda
- 2 tablespoons - grapeseed oil
- 3 each - eggs, large each egg = 1/4 cup
- 2 cups - very ripe bananas (4-5) mashed
- 1 cups - blueberries can be frozen
- 1 teaspoons - Stevita spoonable stevia optional
Directions:
Mix it all up. Put it in 24 stoneware muffin pans. Bake 35-40 minutes at 350, let cool in pan 30 minutes.
