The 10x measurement is approximate. You may need up to four cups to achieve the desired frosting consistency. I used three and it was perfect. I also had to bake mine for an extra ten minutes.

Ingredients:
- 1/2 cups - butter softened
- 1 1/2 cups - sugar
- 2 - eggs
- 1 cups - sour cream 8 ounces
- 1 teaspoons - vanilla extract
- 2 cups - all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoons - baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoons - salt
- 2 - bananas ripe and mashed (about 1 c.)
- 1 packages - cream cheese 8 ounces, softened
- 1/2 cups - butter softened
- 2 teaspoons - vanilla extract
- 3 cups - powdered sugar
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 15 x 10 pan and set aside. For the bars, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add the eggs, sour cream, and vanilla and beat until incorporated. Combine the dry ingredients, then slowly add them to the creamed mixture. Stir in the bananas. Bake for 20 - 25 minutes...do not overbake. Cool completely.
For frosting, beat cream cheese, butter and vanilla until light and fluffy. Gradually beat in 10x to desired consistency.
Frost bars and store in refrigerator.
