Ingredients:

  1. 1/2 cups - coconut water
  2. 1/2 cups - plain Greek yogurt
  3. 3 tablespoons - almond butter
  4. 1 - scoop of whey protein powder
  5. 1 tablespoons - hulled hemp seeds
  6. 1 - frozen banana
  7. 1 cups - ice

Directions:

Blend all ingredients together until smooth. Divide between 2 glasses.
