Balsamic Vinaigrette Salad Dressing

Ingredients:

  1. 1/2 cups - extra-virgin olive oil
  2. 1/2 cups - balsamic vinegar
  3. 1/4 cups - chopped shallot
  4. 1 tablespoons - Dijon mustard
  5. 1 teaspoons - Italian seasoning
  6. 1/2 teaspoons - salt
  7. 1/2 teaspoons - freshly ground black pepper

Directions:

Blend all ingredients in a blender or food processor until smooth and creamy.
Or blend in a large glass measuring cup or wide jar with an immersion blender.
