Balsamic Glazed Brussels Sprouts

  1. 1 pounds - brussels sprouts
  2. 1 tablespoons - olive oil
  3. 1 - onion
  4. 1/4 cups - balsamic vinegar


In a saucepan, bring 2 quarts of water to a boil.

Add the brussels sprouts and reduce heat to medium; cook for 20 minutes or until sprouts are fork-tender and bright green. Drain.

In a medium skillet over medium heat, heat oil. Cook onion until tender; add vinegar and brussels sprouts. Stir to coat sprouts and continue to cook until heated through.
