Balsamic Chicken

Ingredients:

  1. 6 - boneless chicken breast halves
  2. 1 teaspoons - garlic salt
  3. 1 pinchs - ground black pepper
  4. 2 tablespoons - olive oil
  5. 1 whole - onion thinly sliced
  6. 1/2 cups - balsamic vinegar
  7. 1 cans - diced tomatoes 14.5 ounces
  8. 1 teaspoons - dried basil
  9. 1 teaspoons - dried oregano
  10. 1 teaspoons - dried rosemary
  11. 1/2 teaspoons - dried thyme

Directions:

1. Season chicken breasts with ground black pepper and garlic salt. Heat olive oil in a medium skillet, and brown the onion and seasoned chicken breasts.
2. Pour tomatoes and balsamic vinegar over chicken, and season with basil, oregano, rosemary and thyme. Simmer until chicken is no longer pink and the juices run clear, about 15 minutes.
