Balsamic Asparagus

Ingredients:

  1. 1 cups - water
  2. 1 pounds - fresh asparagus trimmed
  3. 2 tablespoons - balsamic vinegar
  4. 1 tablespoons - butter melted
  5. 1 teaspoons - garlic minced
  6. 1/4 teaspoons - salt
  7. 1/4 teaspoons - pepper

Directions:

In a large skillet, bring water to a boil. Add asparagus; cover and cook for 2-4 mins or until crisp-tender. In a small bowl, combine the vinegar, butter, garlic, salt and pepper. Drain the asparagus; drizzle with the balsamic mixture.
