Notes:
1. Try experimenting w/ different flavors of mustard. 2. Marinade can be used for chicken, fish, turkey or pork. Place "meat" in large resealable plastic bag set in a shallow dish. Pour marinade over "meat" and seal bag. Turn to coat and marinate in the refrigerator 4 to 24 hrs., turning bag occasionally.

Ingredients:
- 1/3 cups - Dijon-style mustard
- 3 tablespoons - Balsamic vinegar
- 2 teaspoons - Fresh thyme or basil (or 1/2 tsp. dried thyme or basil) Chopped or crumbled
- 2 cloves - Garlic Minced
Directions:
In a small bowl, stir together mustard, vinegar, thyme (or basil) and garlic until smooth.
