Baked Tortilla Chips

Ingredients:

  1. 12 - 6-inch corn tortillas
  2. 2 teaspoons - canola oil
  3. - salt to taste

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Brush a light layer of oil on both sides of each tortilla, and then stack the tortillas on top of each other. Using a sharp knife, cut the stacked tortillas into 8 wedges (like cutting a pie or pizza). Lay the pieces in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil. Sprinkle with salt.
Bake for 15-18 minutes until browned. Remove to a dish and allow to cool slightly before serving.
