Baked Pork Tenderloin with Mustard Sauce

Ingredients:

  1. 2 1/2 pounds - to 3 pounds fresh pork strip tenderloin
  2. 1/4 cups - soy sauce
  3. 1/4 cups - bourbon
  4. 2 tablespoons - brown sugar
  5. 1/3 cups - sour cream
  6. 1/3 cups - mayonnaise
  7. 1 tablespoons - dry mustard
  8. 1 tablespoons - finely chopped scallions
  9. 1 1/2 teaspoons - vinegar
  10. - salt to taste

Directions:

Combine marinade ingredients. Marinate meat several hours at room temperature, turning occasionally.

Remove from marinade and bake in slow oven at 325 degrees F, basting frequently with marinade for 1 hour or until tender.

Carve the tenderloin on the diagonal in thin slices and serve it with mustard sauce.

Mustard Sauce:
Mix together sour cream and mayonnaise; stir in remaining sauce ingredients.
