Baked Pineapple Casserole

Ingredients:

  1. 1 cans - 28oz. Crushed pineapple with juice
  2. 1 1/4 cups - Sugar
  3. 2 1/2 cups - Ritz crackers, crushed
  4. 1 sticks - Butter, melted
  5. 2 1/2 cups - Grated cheese

Directions:

Combine the entire can one apple with sugar in a saucepan . Heat til sugar dissolves. Preheat oven to 350'. In a baking dish, layer the pineapple mixture, cracker crumbs,melted butter and sheesh in 3 layers, saving the last 1/4 cheese to sprinkle over the top. Bake uncovered for abut 25 minutes til bubbly and golden brown.
