Baked Parmesan Perch

Ingredients:

  1. 2 tablespoons - dry bread crumbs
  2. 1 tablespoons - grated Parmesan cheese
  3. 1 tablespoons - paprika
  4. 1 teaspoons - dried basil
  5. 1 pounds - perch
  6. 1 tablespoons - butter melted

Directions:

In a shallow bowl, combine the bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, paprika, and basil. Brush fish fillets with butter, then dip into the crumb mixture. Place in a greased baking pan. Bake, uncovered, at 475 for about 10 mins or until fish flakes easily with fork.
