Baked Haddock Casserole

Ingredients:

  1. 2 pounds - Fish Fillet
  2. 2 tablespoons - Lemon Juice
  3. 1/4 cups - Butter melted
  4. - Parmesan Cheese
  5. - Salt and Pepper
  6. 1 stalks - Ritz Crackers crushed
  7. 1/4 cups - Butter melted
  8. 2 pounds - Fish Fillet
  9. 2 tablespoons - Lemon Juice
  10. 1/4 cups - Butter melted
  11. - Parmesan Cheese
  12. - Salt and Pepper
  13. 1 stalks - Ritz Crackers crushed
  14. 1/4 cups - Butter melted

Directions:

Cut fish into serving pieces, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Mix lemon juice with melted butter and dip fish in butter mixture. Place in greased baking pan. Pour remaining butter mixture over fish. Tear cheese into and put over fish. Put cracker crumb mixture over fish and Fees, uncovered, for 25 to 30 minutes.
