Baked Curried Fruit

Ingredients:

  1. 1/2 cups - Oleo melted
  2. 3/4 cups - Brown Sugar (packed)
  3. 1 teaspoons - curry powder
  4. 1 pounds - pear halves (canned)
  5. 1 pounds - peach halves (canned)
  6. 1 pounds - pineapple chunks
  7. 1 jars - marachino cherries

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Drain fruit well.
Melt oleo, then add sugar & curry.
Place fruit in large casserole dish.
Pour oleo/sugar mixture over fruit.
Bake for 30 minutes or till "bubbly".
Serve warm.
Bake for 30 minutes
