Baked caramel corn

Ingredients:

  1. 1 cups - Butter
  2. 2 cups - Brown sugar
  3. 1/2 cups - Corn syrup
  4. 1 teaspoons - Salt
  5. 1/2 teaspoons - Baking soda
  6. 1 teaspoons - Vanilla
  7. 6 quarts - Popped corn
  8. 1 cups - Butter
  9. 2 cups - Brown sugar
  10. 1/2 cups - Corn syrup
  11. 1 teaspoons - Salt
  12. 1/2 teaspoons - Baking soda
  13. 1 teaspoons - Vanilla
  14. 6 quarts - Popped corn

Directions:

Melt butter add br sugar, corn syrup and salt. Bring to boil without stirring for 5 min. Remove from heat add vanilla and baking soda. Gradually pour over popcorn. Mix well. Turn onto two large shallow baking pans. Bake 250 for a hour stirring after every 15 min. Remove from heat pour our onto wax paper. Cool store in airtight container
