Baked Apples

Ingredients:

  1. 6 - Medium Baking Apples
  2. 6 tablespoons - Brown Sugar
  3. 3 tablespoons - Butter
  4. 1/2 tablespoons - Cinnamon

Directions:

Make a shallow cut in apple skin's, completely, around each apple; one inch from the bottom (to keep skin from shrinking during cooking). Place apples in a 12 x 7 inch glass baking dish. Place Brown Sugar & Butter in the center of each apple. Sprinkle w/ Cinnamon. Cover apples w/ wax paper. Microwave on high; for 10-12 minutes, or until tender. Let apples cool; covered, for 3 minutes before serving.
