Bajri Manchurian with Manchow Soup

Ingredients:

  1. 1/2 cups - Cabbage Grated
  2. 1/2 cups - Carrot Grated
  3. 2 tablespoons - Ginger Garlic Chilli Paste
  4. - Salt To Taste
  5. 1/4 teaspoons - Black Pepper Powder
  6. 1/2 cups - Bajri Boiled
  7. 2 tablespoons - Coriander
  8. 2 tablespoons - Soya Sauce
  9. 2 tablespoons - Red Chilli Sauce
  10. 2 tablespoons - Tomato Sauce
  11. 1/4 cups - Cornflour
  12. 4 tablespoons - Bajri Flour
  13. - Oil To Fry
  14. 2 tablespoons - Oil
  15. 1 tablespoons - Garlic Chopped
  16. 1 tablespoons - Ginger Chopped
  17. 3 tablespoons - Onion Chopped
  18. 2 tablespoons - Colored Capsicum Chopped
  19. 2 tablespoons - Cabbage Chopped
  20. 2 tablespoons - Carrot Chopped
  21. 2 tablespoons - Tomato Chopped
  22. - Salt To Taste
  23. 1/4 teaspoons - Black Pepper
  24. 1 cups - Bajri Water
  25. 2 teaspoons - Soya Sauce
  26. 2 teaspoons - Red Chilli Sauce
  27. 2 teaspoons - Tomato Sauce
  28. 1 teaspoons - Vinegar
  29. - Fried Noodles
  30. - Coriander

Directions:

For Bajri Manchurian Balls
In a bowl, mix carrot, cabbage, ginger garlic chilli paste, salt, black pepper, bajri, coriander, sauces.
Now add cornflour and bajri flour and mix properly.
Now make Manchurian balls and fry till golden brown.

For Manchow Soup
Heat oil in a pan.
Add garlic, ginger and onion and saute properly.
Now add capsicum, cabbage, carrot and tomatoes. Add salt, black pepper.
Add Bajri Water and sauces and cook for 4 to 5 minutes.
Add Vinegar.

Serve hot with soup, manchurian and noodles.
