Ingredients:

  1. 1 cups - Self-rising Flour
  2. 1 cups - Nonfat Greek Yogurt
  3. 1 - Egg for egg wash
  4. - Trader Joe's Everything But the Bagel Seasoning
  5. 1 cups - Self-rising Flour
  6. 1 cups - Nonfat Greek Yogurt
  7. 1 - Egg for egg wash
  8. - Trader Joe's Everything But the Bagel Seasoning

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350°F. Combine flour and yogurt in a bowl until dough starts to form. Turn dough on a lightly floured surface and brush hands with a bit of flour. Knead and divide into 4 parts. Roll out each dough ball to form a rope and pinch the ends together to make a circle. Makes 4 bagels. Beat one egg and brush over bagels and sprinkle with seasoning. Bake for23 minutes ate 350° and then 500° for 2 minutes so the tops can brown.
