Bacon-Wrapped Water Chestnuts

Ingredients:

  1. 1 1/2 pounds - bacon
  2. 3 cans - (8 oz. each) water chestnuts drained, halved
  3. 1 1/2 cups - packed brown sugar
  4. 3/4 cups - ketchup
  5. 3/4 cups - mayonnaise - not light

Directions:

Cut bacon into thirds. Wrap each chestnut and secure with toothpicks.

Bake, uncovered, in 9-x-13-inch pan at 400 degrees F for 30 to 35 minutes. Drain!

Meanwhile, combine remaining ingredients, and pour over water chestnuts. Bake at 400 degrees F for 6 to 8 minutes longer.
