Ingredients:
- 6 slices - bacon cooked, drained, crumbled
- 2 tablespoons - bacon drippings reserved from cooking
- 1/2 cups - cider vinegar
- 2 teaspoons - sugar
- 1/4 teaspoons - salt
- - dash of pepper
- 1/4 cups - sliced mild onion
- - washed and drained spinach
Directions:
Combine all ingredients except spinach and heat.
Add mixture to washed and drained spinach.
