Bacon and Cheese Quiche

Ingredients:

  1. 1 - 9 inch pie crust
  2. 1 tablespoons - butter
  3. 12 slices - bacon crumbled
  4. 1 bags - Italian blend cheese
  5. 4 - eggs
  6. 2 cups - heavy cream
  7. 3/4 teaspoons - salt

Directions:

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Spread crust to pie plate. Spread crust with butter. Sprinkle bacon and cheese on top. Beat eggs with the rest of the ingredients. Pour into crust. Bake 15 minutes. Turn oven down to 325 degrees and bake 40 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes.
