Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoons - Garlic
- 3 pieces - Green Chili
- 1 pieces - Ginger
- 1 sticks - Cinnamon
- 3 tablespoons - Oil
- 1/2 cups - Onion Finely Chopped
- 1 cups - Babycorn Julienne
- - Salt To Taste
- 1/2 teaspoons - Chili Powder
- 1 cups - Basmati Rice Soaked
- 1/2 teaspoons - Black Pepper
- 1 tablespoons - Butter
- 1/2 cups - Red and Yellow Bellpapers
- 1/4 cups - Tomato Ketchup
Directions:
Crush ginger, garlic, green chili and cinnamon.
Heat oil in a pan and saute the paste. (Make sure the oil is not too hot or the cinnamon will burn)
Add Onions, baby corn, salt and chili powder and saute.
Now add rice and saute.
Now add water and cook with closed lid.
Heat butter in a pan. Saute the bellpapers. Add ketchup and mix.
Now add the pilaf and toss them.
Serve hot with sprinkling of mixed pepper.
