Baby Corn Pilaf

Ingredients:

  1. 1 tablespoons - Garlic
  2. 3 pieces - Green Chili
  3. 1 pieces - Ginger
  4. 1 sticks - Cinnamon
  5. 3 tablespoons - Oil
  6. 1/2 cups - Onion Finely Chopped
  7. 1 cups - Babycorn Julienne
  8. - Salt To Taste
  9. 1/2 teaspoons - Chili Powder
  10. 1 cups - Basmati Rice Soaked
  11. 1/2 teaspoons - Black Pepper
  12. 1 tablespoons - Butter
  13. 1/2 cups - Red and Yellow Bellpapers
  14. 1/4 cups - Tomato Ketchup

Directions:

Crush ginger, garlic, green chili and cinnamon.
Heat oil in a pan and saute the paste. (Make sure the oil is not too hot or the cinnamon will burn)
Add Onions, baby corn, salt and chili powder and saute.
Now add rice and saute.
Now add water and cook with closed lid.

Heat butter in a pan. Saute the bellpapers. Add ketchup and mix.
Now add the pilaf and toss them.
Serve hot with sprinkling of mixed pepper.
