Aunties' Potato Soup

Ingredients:

  1. 6 - Good Sized Potatoes Peeled and Finely Diced
  2. 1/4 cups - Parsley Flakes
  3. 4 - Bread Crusts
  4. 4 cups - Milk
  5. 1/4 teaspoons - Salt
  6. - Butter

Directions:

Cover diced potatoes with water, add salt and parsley flakes. Boil until potatoes are tender. Drain off half of the water and add milk.

In a small skillet finely crumb bread crusts and fry in butter until brown and crispy. Add to potato mixture. Cook until hot. Salt to taste.
