Brief Description
We couldn't get enough of this when we were kids! Aunt Alice told me they developed this recipe during the Depression, when they had to make good food for very little money.

Ingredients:
- 6 - Good Sized Potatoes Peeled and Finely Diced
- 1/4 cups - Parsley Flakes
- 4 - Bread Crusts
- 4 cups - Milk
- 1/4 teaspoons - Salt
- - Butter
Directions:
Cover diced potatoes with water, add salt and parsley flakes. Boil until potatoes are tender. Drain off half of the water and add milk.
In a small skillet finely crumb bread crusts and fry in butter until brown and crispy. Add to potato mixture. Cook until hot. Salt to taste.
