Aunties' Meringue Jello Kisses

Ingredients:

  1. 4 - Egg Whites
  2. 1 packages - Any Flavor Jello + Sugar equal to 1 Cup
  3. 44 - Hershey's Chocolate Kisses

Directions:

Beat whites until stiff enough to hold peaks, but still shiny. Add 6 tablespoons jello/sugar mixture, 2 tablespoons at a time, beating after each addition. Continue adding rest slowly. Beat until mixed.

Drop by teaspoonful onto waxed paper lined shiny cookie sheets. Press a chocolate kiss into the center of each cookie and cover it with meringue using a knife.

Bake 45 minutes in 250° oven.
