Aunt Rosmary's Dressing

Ingredients:

  1. 1 - Pan of Rosmary's cornbread Plus 1 1/2 slices
  2. 2 slices - dry bread pulled apart
  3. 5 - crackers crumbled
  4. 1 - medium onion diced
  5. 4 cans - turkey and chicken broth to moisten
  6. 1 teaspoons - sage or less
  7. 2 teaspoons - poultry seasoning
  8. 2 stalks - celery diced
  9. - Salt and Pepper to taste
  10. 1 - egg beaten

Directions:

Mix all dry ingredients and taste. Add the egg and place in pan. Add stock until moistened - it will look more moist than you think you want.

Bake 30-40 minutes until brown at 350 degrees. Cover the first 15 minutes of baking.
