When cooking a double batch of potatoes, cooking time may have to be increased by 15 minutes or better. Taste before adding corn flake topping to be sure potatoes are soft and cooked through.

- 1 cups - Corn flakes Crushed -Part 2
- 1/2 sticks - Butter Melted - Part 2
- 1 sticks - Butter Melted
- 1 cups - Sour cream
- 1 cans - Mushroom soup
- 1/2 cups - Onion Diced
- 8 ounces - Shredded cheddar cheese
- 32 ounces - Diced hash brown potatoes Using shredded potatoes will change the taste
- 1 sticks - Butter Melted
- 1 cups - Sour cream
- 1 cans - Mushroom soup
- 1/2 cups - Onion Diced
- 8 ounces - Shredded cheddar cheese
- 32 ounces - Diced hash brown potatoes Using shredded potatoes will change the taste
- 1 cups - Corn flakes Crushed -Part 2
- 1/2 sticks - Butter Melted - Part 2
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350* Mix melted butter with sour cream, mushroom soup and onion, mix together and then add shredded cheese. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and mix. Add frozen hash brown potatoes and sprinkle with salt and pepper and mix well. Spray a 9x13 pan with Pam, add ingredients and bake for 60 minutes. (Part 2) While potatoes are baking mix together the 1/2 cup of butter with the corn flakes and set aside. When potatoes are finished cooking, top with corn flake mixture and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
