- 1 - large cabbage head shredded
- 1 - green pepper chopped
- 1 - onion chopped
- - salt and pepper
- 1/2 cups - vinegar
- 1/2 cups - oil
- 3/4 cups - sugar
- 1/2 pounds - crumbled crisp bacon
Combine shredded cabbage, chopped pepper and onion.
Mix together the vinegar, oil and sugar. Pour over the cabbage mixture and mix well.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Sprinkle with bacon pieces before serving.
