Aunt Elmer's Cream Cheese Pound Cake

Ingredients:

  1. 8 ounces - cream cheese
  2. 3 sticks - butter
  3. 3 cups - sugar
  4. 1 tablespoons - vanilla
  5. 6 - eggs
  6. 3 cups - cake flour

Directions:

Spray or grease and flour one Bundt pan or tube pan (or use the little loaf pans).

Beat all the ingredients together.

Place in COLD oven (very important!) -- do not preheat oven.

Bake at 300 degrees F for 1-1/2 hours, depending on what size pan you use.
