Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons - butter
- 1/4 cups - shallots
- 1/2 cups - brandy
- 2 - beef bouillon cubes or 1 tsp BV sauce
- 2 tablespoons - green peppercorns
- 1/2 cups - whipping cream
- 1/4 cups - red wine
Directions:
Saute shallots in butter; add brandy and simmer.
Add bouillon or BV, peppercorns, whipping cream and red wine, and simmer, stirring occasionally, until sauce is thickened.
