Asparagus with Mustard Cream Sauce

Ingredients:

  1. 2 tablespoons - diet oleo
  2. 3 tablespoons - flour
  3. 1 cups - chicken broth
  4. 1 cups - milk
  5. 1/4 cups - Dijon mustard
  6. 1 teaspoons - lemon juice
  7. - dash of pepper
  8. 2 1/2 pounds - fresh asparagus cooked

Directions:

Make sauce from 1st 4 ingredients (oleo, flour, chicken broth and milk).

Whisk in the rest of ingredients, and serve over cooked asparagus.
