Asparagus with Mushrooms

Ingredients:

  1. 1 pounds - fresh asparagus trimmed and cut
  2. 2 teaspoons - ground ginger
  3. 2 tablespoons - canola oil
  4. 3 cups - sliced fresh mushrooms
  5. 1 teaspoons - salt
  6. 1/8 teaspoons - sugar
  7. 1/8 teaspoons - pepper

Directions:

In a large skillet, saute asparagus and ginger in oil for 2-3 mins or until asparagus is crisp-tender. Add the mushrooms, salt, sugar and pepper. Cook and stir 2-3 mins longer or until mushrooms are tender.
