Ingredients:
- 1 pounds - asparagus trimmed
- 2 teaspoons - extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 1/2 cups - halved grape tomatoes
- 1/2 teaspoons - minced fresh garlic
- 2 tablespoons - balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoons - salt
- 3 tablespoons - crumbled goat cheese
- 1/2 teaspoons - black pepper
- 1 pounds - asparagus trimmed
- 2 teaspoons - extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/3 cups - sliced red onions
- 2 tablespoons - pine nuts
- 2 1/2 tablespoons - orange juice
- 3 tablespoons - raisins
- 2 teaspoons - honey
- 1/4 teaspoons - salt
- 1/4 teaspoons - orange rind
- 1/4 teaspoons - black pepper
- 1 pounds - asparagus trimmed
- 1/2 teaspoons - minced fresh garlic
- 1 tablespoons - low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 teaspoons - honey
- 1 teaspoons - lime juice
- 1 teaspoons - minced peeled fresh ginger
- 2 teaspoons - toasted sesame seeds
- - lime wedges for serving
- 1 pounds - asparagus trimmed
- 2 teaspoons - extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoons - fresh minced garlic
- 1/4 teaspoons - salt
- 1/4 teaspoons - black pepper
- 1/8 teaspoons - lemon rind
- 1 tablespoons - lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons - chopped tarragon
- 1/2 teaspoons - minced shallot
- 1/2 teaspoons - Dijon mustard
Directions:
For Asparagus with Balsamic Tomatoes:

Cook asparagus in boiling water 2 minutes or until crisp-tender; drain.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add tomatoes and garlic; cook 5 minutes. Stir in vinegar, and cook 3 minutes. Stir in salt.
Arrange asparagus on a platter; top with tomato mixture. Sprinkle with cheese and pepper.
For Asparagus with Raisins and Pine Nuts -

Cook asparagus in boiling water 2 minutes or until crisp-tender; drain. Cook red onion and pine nuts in oil in a skillet over medium-high heat for 4 minutes. Add orange juice, raisins, and honey; cook 2 minutes. Stir in salt and orange rind. Spoon over asparagus; sprinkle with pepper.
For Sesame-Ginger Glazed Asparagus:

Cook asparagus in boiling water 2 minutes or until crisp-tender; drain. Microwave in a small bowl the soy sauce, honey, lime juice, ginger, and garlic on HIGH for 2 minutes. Pour mixture over asparagus; sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds and serve with lime wedges.
For Lemon-Tarragon Asparagus -

Cook asparagus in boiling water for 2 minutes or until crisp-tender; drain.
Combine lemon rind, lemon juice, tarragon, garlic, shallot, Dijon, salt, pepper, and oil. Drizzle tarragon mixture over the cooked asparagus, and toss gently to coat.
