Asparagus Casserole

Ingredients:

  1. 2 cans - asparagus 1o oz. each
  2. 1 1/2 cans - cream of mushroom soup
  3. 3/4 cups - grated cheddar cheese
  4. 10 - soda crackers crumbled
  5. 3 tablespoons - melted margarine
  6. 3 - hard-boiled eggs sliced

Directions:

Layer asparagus and soup on the bottom of a buttered dish, and then add a few pieces of egg and cheese.

Fill the rest of the way with soup and asparagus.

Top with crackers, cheese and butter. Bake at 350°F for 25 minutes until cracker top is golden and bubbly.
