Asian Tilapia

Ingredients:

  1. 4 - tilapia filets
  2. 1 tablespoons - olive oil
  3. 1 teaspoons - garlic minced
  4. 2 - green onions chopped
  5. 1 teaspoons - fresh ginger peeled, minced
  6. 1/4 cups - low-sodium soy sauce
  7. 1 teaspoons - turbinado sugar
  8. - parsley flakes

Directions:

Steam tilapia over a double boiler until flesh is flaky.
In a separate saucepan, saute garlic and onion in olive oil. Add ginger, soy sauce and sugar. Simmer for 1-2 minutes and remove from heat.
Place filets on platter, spoon sauce on top to taste and garnish with parsley flakes and chopped green onions.
