Ingredients:

  1. 2 packages - 3 oz. baked chicken-flavor ramen noodles
  2. 1 cups - cooked chicken chopped
  3. 1 - large red bell pepper
  4. 1/2 cups - green onions with tops thinly sliced, divided
  5. 1 jars - 11.5 oz. sweet and sour sauce divided
  6. 2 tablespoons - light soy sauce
  7. 1 cloves - garlic pressed
  8. 1 pieces - 1-inch peeled fresh ginger root pressed
  9. 1 - medium cucumber seeded and sliced
  10. 2 - medium carrots grated
  11. 1/4 cups - peanuts chopped
  12. 1 heads - green leaf lettuce thinly sliced
  13. 16 - small flour tortillas at room temperature

Directions:

In 2-quart covered Micro-Cooker, microwave 2 cups water on High for 5-6 minutes or until boiling. Add ramen noodles; microwave on High 2 minutes longer. Drain noodles in 1-quart Colander and rinse under cold water.

Coarsely chop chicken with Food Chopper. Slice top and bottom off red bell pepper, reserving center portion. Remove stem and chop top and bottom of bell pepper with Food Chopper.

Using 8-inch Chef's Knife, thinly slice green onions. Transfer noodles, chicken, bell pepper and half of the green onions to Classic 2-quart Batter Bowl.

In 1-quart Batter Bowl, combine 1/4 cup of the sweet and sour sauce, soy sauce, garlic and ginger pressed with Garlic Press. Pour over salad ingredients in Batter Bowl, tossing to coat.

Slice the reserved bell pepper into julienne strips. Using Lemon Zester/Scorer, score cucumber. Using the Corer, remove seeds from cucumber. Using Ultimate Slice & Grate, thinly slice cucumber and grate carrots.

Using 5-3/4 quart Colander, wash and drain lettuce leaves. Thinly slice lettuce using 5-inch Utility Knife.

Pour remaining sweet and sour sauce into center of Chillzanne Platter Divider. Mix in peanuts and remaining green onions. Divide noodle salad and vegetables among remaining sections of Platter. To serve, top each tortilla with lettuce and fill with your choice of toppings.
