Asian Cole Slaw

Ingredients:

  1. 1 packages - Chicken Flavored Ramen
  2. 1 packages - Pre-Washed Cabbage
  3. 1/3 cups - sliced almonds
  4. 1/3 cups - vegetable oil
  5. 1/4 cups - sugar
  6. 3 tablespoons - white vinegar

Directions:

Pre-heat oven to 325 degrees
Crunch the ramen noodles (set the seasoning packet aside)
Combine the ramen noodles, vegetable oil, and almonds and bake/toast in the oven for 7-10 minutes (until golden brown)
Combine the vinegar, sugar, and chicken seasoning in a microwave safe bowl or mixing a cup and heat on medium until sugar is dissolved; let cool
Pour the vinegar mixture over the cabbage and mix well; refrigerate until chilled
Add the noodle/almond mixture and serve
