Ingredients:

  1. 2 cans - Daily Chef chicken breast (13 oz. cans) drained
  2. 1 cups - red pepper diced
  3. 5 - scallions sliced
  4. 2 tablespoons - mayonnaise
  5. 2 teaspoons - soy sauce
  6. 1 1/2 teaspoons - sesame oil

Directions:

1. Mix mayonnaise, soy sauce, and sesame oil to make dressing.

2. Combine remaining ingredients and add dressing; mix well.

3. Serve on crackers or over a bed of lettuce, as desired.
