Asian Cabbage Salad

Ingredients:

  1. 300 grams - cabbage savoy cabbage, white cabbage or other
  2. 1/2 teaspoons - brown cane sugar
  3. 2 tablespoons - fish sauce
  4. 2 tablespoons - lemon juice
  5. 2 tablespoons - sweet chilli sauce
  6. 1 teaspoons - sesame oil
  7. 2 tablespoons - ginger finely chopped
  8. 2 whole - garlic cloves finely chopped
  9. 2 tablespoons - peanuts chopped

Directions:

Cut the cabbage into very narrow strips.
Add all other ingredients and mix well.
let the mixture draw for 2 hours in a refrigerator.
